X-Net is an interdisciplinary research network whose main aim is removing barriers to cross-disciplinary research in biomedicine. We are writing an evidence based roadmap to spell out to the UK funding bodies and policy makers the training, career paths and funding required to enable the development of a flexible talent pool of agile interdisciplinary researchers.
